If you are experiencing cough, fever, chest pain or shortness of breath, please call our office at 716-972-0279 and press option 2 to speak with a nurse.
DO NOT go to the Hospital, ER or Urgent Care unless you are in distress. If you are in distress, please call 911 and advise the dispatcher of your symptoms and that you may have been exposed to the Coronavirus. This way, the facility can prepare ahead for your arrival so there is minimal exposure.
All patients with routine scheduled appointments are encouraged to keep them.

New patients should contact the office and provide all relevant patient information, including name, date of birth, reason for visiting, and insurance information. Once we receive your records from the Primary Care or referring physician, we will call you to schedule a new patient appointment.
