All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
If you are here for an urgent care appointment and are unable to pay, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUSED CARE. however there will be a $10.00 administrative fee for billing. If you are here for a routine or preventative visit, you will be asked to reschedule.
Any unpaid balance after thirty (30) days may result in dismissal from our care.
Due to contracts with multiple insurance carriers we are unable to waive co-payments, co-insurances or deductibles.
